Newbie here and appreciate all the expert advise from you all 
Been trying to add my fibaro roller shutter to the smartthings using the old and new smartthings app wo success. Tried adding a new device from the website interface through a new device handler which says it’s a virtual device and still doesn’t sync.
I’ve tried turning off the fbr-222 in an attempt to sync it but it doesn’t show up automatically.
