Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 FGR-222 - cannot pair?

Hi all,

New to the Smartthings scene and trying to pair the FGR-222 to my new Smartthings 2018 hub (with the latest app).

I have added a device handler, however when I scan in the app and press the B button three times (quickly) I cannot add the device. I have powered it off and back on (the Fibaro device) and it still will not pair.

Any advice?
