Not sure if this is the right place, but I’m trying to create a ticket for developer support but the system seems down. When I click the ‘Ask for support button’ on SmartThings Developers | Support the page that gets opened (https://smartthings.developer.samsung.com/support/list) just shows a loading screen for several minutes. When finally the form appears, the request type dropdown box does not show any options, which prevents the ticket from being submitted.
Hope someone from Samsung sees this and can raise it with the right people.
