I’ve had a Third Reality Garage Door opener since May. It works great in SmartThings. When I first installed it, everything was great. Now it operates the door as expected. I cannot get it to work in an alert notification that the door is open/closed. Any ideas?
I am on support with same problem right now. I’ve tried many different ones, the app update broke these. Contact support in the app they said so I’m doing that now. Same thing, no beeps, no app update.
Did you reach out directly to Samsung and Third? I have and waiting still. This is obviously a major bug in the drivers/app. I wish their communication was better.

We would like to provide you with an update from our engineering team. They have identified an issue related to the recent hub firmware release version 62.7, which has impacted some users. To address these concerns, a hotfix update (version 62.13) is currently being rolled out.
Sorry you’re dealing with this — an app update breaking something that was working fine is the worst. I went through something similar with my own setup last year, and honestly reaching out to support directly was the only thing that moved the needle. Glad to hear engineering has at least acknowledged it; hopefully the fix rolls out soon.
They updated me to 62.14 hub firmware and it’s working again. Still can’t open the tab in the latest app but this is good enough for now.
