I finally got it. Can you post a screen shot of your settings? I feel like this is a lot like another smart app.

My app looks slightly different than the one you just installed (as far as the wording)… I will have an updated version by the end of next week…
If you only use the internal thermostat sensor, you don’t need to enable the remote sensors, it will automatically look at the thermostat. You set a high and low setpoint (which can be the same) and every time the internal sensors reads more or less it will adjust itself to the temperature you want…So in your case to maintain cooling at 75, your settings would be something like this…
This reads, if the temperature falls below 75, then set (or keep thermostat in auto mode) and set a cooling temperature of 75. (78 heating respectively).
