Anyone experience switching from wink to smarthings and just one echo device not picking up the change? All of my alexa dots can communicate with smartthings, but my echo show is still trying to turn the devices off through old wink hub that doesn’t exist on anymore. I know it’s an alexa problem, but thought maybe someone here might have experienced this? I’ve tried disabling, and re-enabling the skills through the app and online alexa portal. Just no luck.
Try unplugging the echo, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in again. That will cause it to resynch with your cloud account and might help.
If that doesn’t work, get in touch with Amazon support and they should be able to help.

Any chance your Echo Show is logged in with a different user account versus the rest of your Echo devices?
