I have a sporadically recurring issue where my app gets stuck in one of the Smart Home Monitor modes. When I select a new mode in the app it immediately jumps back to the original state. Trying the app on my husband’s phone and executing a routine from the app to change the mode fail also. This last time, I was finally able to unfreeze it from Arm mode using the Aeon Minimote with a button programmed to disarm Smart Home Monitor. This leads me to believe it’s an issue with the app.
Now that I have a temporary fix, I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts on why this is happening, or has had a similar experience?
