You mention commands sent from the cloud. I thought I saw somewhere that the thermostat is controlled locally?
Sorry for the confusion, I should have used a more appropriate term. I meant the SmartThings platform.
We can see logs from the Cloud and the local ones (from the Hub), both of which show how the commands are sent. Even though the device runs locally, if the hub has an Internet connection, both exist; otherwise, only the hub logs are present.
Comparing both of them helps us know if they changed at some point, but the team confirmed they didn’t.
