What the deal with Smartthings support? No live chat and no response to service ticket for 3 days.
Get worse every year.
I tried email and had similar results as you are experiencing.
I found calling in and having them call me back to be quick. I had a call back within 10 minutes the other day.

It’s summer, they need vacation too… BTW, 3 days is great. I got a response after a week…
