[ST EDGE] Enhanced Z-Wave Fan Controller

My GE Z wave fan controller is no longer working correctly through the app or through Alexa. It only does on and off, even with the app.

I have tried this driver referenced in this discussion. I also found another driver from 2023. Neither driver worked. I also tried using the driver for the GE Z wave switch instead of fan and that also does not work. Before I started this, the smart things app would at least control the fan speed. Now, If I try to use the app to change the speed, it immediately just goes back up to the previous speed. If I ask Alexa to adjust the speed, it gives the notification as if it has done it but nothing has changed. I’m very frustrated with this.

Is there a new solution that works? Why is Samsung or Alexa or whoever it is messing with the driver’s functionality?

Try this driver. It has worked well for me for the Jasco fan switches.
