What are the fingerprints for your devices? The fingerprints below are in the zwave-switch driver in the ST beta, and I’m guessing that 015F/3102/0202 and 015F/3102/0204 are yours. If so, I’d suggest starting with that driver (instructions to join the ST beta channel are in this topic). You’ll need to have a computer running the CLI so you can monitor logs while testing to see what does/doesn’t work.
