Your issues with the app seems worse that mine, all of mine are intermittent.
Had no idea this was a broader issue. I notice a few days back my Door & Lock was stuck in the Open position. Just checked now and seem to be having the same issue. Door shows as open on dashboard and closed when I actually go into door sensor 
Guess im opening a second ticketā¦
