So im just starting to integrate my house with ST and Alexa but as it goes on, im over lapping things by mistake. Is there a nice way to keep track of what automations I have and where they are made? Or is it a case of just using Word and writing them down?
It is not a case of using the Word and writing them down. It is a case of using Pages and writing them down.
I find a spreadsheet like Excel or Numbers works better for me for this purpose, but, yes, there’s no platform-provided method for tracking your automations except looking them up in the app.

Just like you can organize your devices in arbitrary rooms, with Routine Categories you can now put your routines in categories!

As do I. Also, making a spreadsheet of devices, network IDs, Manufacturer, Model Number, firmware versions, etc. can be invaluable. YMMV, of course
