All three of my outlets went offline on Aug7. I removed one and tried adding back to no avail.
Logged the error with SmartThings support but got a garbled message with no way of being able to respond.
Anyone else having the same problem?

A little more information would be helpful. Which manufacturer, which model, which error message?
There is only one SmartThings WiFi outlet (branded as SmartThings).
No error message, just says offline.
At least for the US, Samsung made two versions of the WiFi outlet switch. I have this one, and it’s still working for me.
I have 3 of these. They continue work but occasionally go offline. They are a pain to get back on line, but after multiple tries I always get them back on line.
