SmartThings WiFi no longer broadcasting on 2.4GHz band

Since about 6pm PST yesterday, my SmartThings WiFi hub is no longer broadcasting on the 2.4GHz band, meaning some devices are no longer able to connect. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? I have contacted Plume support to see if it’s a faulty firmware issue.

On closer inspection, some of my devices are still connected over 2.4GHz (Channel 1) but the network seems to be hidden or private in some way - it’s not visible to some of my devices and I also can’t see it using a WiFi Analyzer app on my phone.

I can’t find any setting in the Plume or SmartThings apps to make the network visible. Still waiting on Plume support…
