Can anyone give an official statement on the state of these hubs? The mesh wifi has been broken since the certificate on the hub either expired or wasn’t updated to continue working with plume which is why the status in the smartthings app always says optimizing but never does. Im sure there have been plenty of support tickets but no answers. The hubs haven’t received a firmware update in ages. Is there anyway to get some info on the intent of these hubs. Is there any internal attempt to make a fix and push an update or are the hubs just at EOL and no one cares anymore?
