SmartThings Wifi 3-pack -- flashing red light on the secondary hubs

Are you referring to this firmware post? Samsung Connect Home/SmartThings WiFi Hub Firmware Release Notes - 0.38.11

As mentioned, during the firmware update you might experience the devices still connected to the network, while noticing the LEDs flash red.

It was released on October 18 to be cascaded through October 19th. However, It has been marked on the status page (https://status.smartthings.com/) Completed - Hub firmware version 0.38.11 has been released to the aforementioned hub models.

If the symptom persists and the LEDs continue to flash red, I would recommend creating a Support ticket and submitting your Hub’s logs so we can look into your concerns further.
