My Amazon account is setup for India. I have created bunch of Virtual button/ switches on Smartthings using IDE. I am trying to execute Alexa Routines using the state of those switches.
Until before a few weeks, they were working. But now they have stopped executing the routine. I can see that buttons are turning off and on under the Alexa Devices section. However, routine is just not getting kicked off.
What is the problem here? Has there been any recent updates? I have raised this with Amazon forum also but no luck
