Hi, I’m trying to set up an old SmartThings v2 hub I found. I was on the original v1 kickstarter, got the v2 at some point, and I’m not sure I ever set it up. Now I need zwave support again, and remembered I had it. I believe I need a welcome code but I don’t have one.

I reviewed your Hub, and it appears as ‘CLAIMED.’ This means it is already installed on the SmartThings platform, and you won’t be able to claim it with another account. Here are some instructions to reset the Hub:
By the way, I accidentally connected the power adapter while the batteries were still inside, which caused the adapter to stop working and completely drained the batteries within a day. I then attempted a factory reset, thinking I could easily repair the device. As part of that process, I removed it from the SmartThings app. Now, it’s asking for the welcome code, which I no longer have and don’t remember saving anywhere.
