Hi all - I’ve got 2 UK SmartThings plugs that up until Samsung upgraded the App, worked fine. I could activate the power outlet from my app, set up routines etc. Life was good.
Then they updated the app.
Since then when you try and add, they’re not listed under ‘device type’ and a ‘scan nearby’ brings back nothing.
Are these now just pieces of plastic with a little blue LED light or can I pair them with the app and use them again?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
