Does anyone have a fix for unreliable routine firing? I’m finding simple routines work about half the time. I want my money back. Lol. Lol, but for real. Am I missing something?? I saw some other complaints on the web as well, but wondering if maybe there is a solution, before I try to return my hub.
You’ll have to be more specific about what actions are supposed to occur when your routines run, and which triggers for the routines are failing.
If you login to your hub with a web browser at http://account.smartthings.com then click on the tab for live logging, share what’s in the logs when your routines don’t run as expected.

All routines that include either a time trigger or a smart phone location
