-11 huh? Is this one of the new ones?

-11 huh? Is this one of the new ones?

Yes it is. Is -11% battery life some sort of temporal paradox?

Sounds like it is defective. The SmartThings Multi’s are also defective in this regard (from what support told me some time ago).

Okay - so I’ve actually ordered a second one for another room. Should I also expect the new one to perform in the same fashion?

Possibly. Did the battery actually die, or do you think it is just being reported incorrectly?

Thinking it’s incorrectly reporting. Working with Ryan at Support - He updated the Zigbee firmware. I’m also going to swap out a new battery tonight and see if that resolves the issue.
