SmartThings lost all SmartTags?

I had to change my email, and the support had to do it, and it notified me I had to approve on all devices phone, tablet).
Then it said I could lose data - no option, so “ok”
Now in the smartThings app on either device, it does not show any of the 8 SmartTag2 trackers I have, which were previously shown.
And add device does not find them.
