Smartthings last 10 days very unstable

Hello, I am experience very much problems last 10 days on Smartthings.

I am using Smartthings for about 5 years and very often I have delay in automations but when I turn off from power hub and turn on after about 10-15 minutes, it mostly fix.

Last 10 days I need to turn off hub every day 1 or 2 times because all my automations go crazy, delayed, only few sensor working, other not… when i turnoff and turnon it fixes but for few hours again starting problem.

This was happening every few months that I for 10-15-20 days have this problem more often then before.

I am talking about EU server and HUB, are they testing some new update or what ?

Same here, Montréal, could not sleep last night, almost unplugged the hub. no mention on the status page… yes advanced web page giving error 504.
common Samsung, as least be transparent. All okay this morning.

it was clearly a cloud issue, all local execution was flawless.

Same here in the USA. Mine went down right as I was running my EOD routine. Went to the web to try and turn off my lights and all my rooms showed no devices. Kind of had a panic attack. Just got done adding all my channel subscriptions back this weekend and now this. There really needs to be a post mortem on last week’s issue and now last night’s issues. Checked the status site this morning and all showed normal. This is not normal.

Same here now (UK midday) automations very laggy or not happening - local as well.

Same. Devices either falling offline or showing the “downloading” status every time i open the app

Hue Matter has dropped offline so all hue lights gone. Only fix seems to delete the hub and re-add it in

Again all automations delayed or not working.

Again today need to reset HUB on 30 minutes to fix I hope it will fix after shutdown on 30 minutes.

Samsung please answer what is happening, my wife will kill me she is mad because lights not working normaly

Everything offline here in Ohio as well. Sadly… I’m slowly migrating to Hubitat to avoid potential issues such as this. Using ActionTiles has made the process transparent to other users in the house.

I’ve not been seeing anything unusual myself, except that yesterday evening I had a notification that my beta hub was offline and didn’t get one saying it was online again for over an hour. It’s not unusual to see such notifications, but not with an hour gap. Fortunately my beta hub doesn’t really do anything.

I am thinking about leaving smartthings after 5 years too , because this period is too long. I need to restart hub 1-2 every day to get my lights and routine normal.

Why Hubitat and not Home Assistant ? I am thinking about this 2 to migrate if this will not fix in 1-2 weeks.

So the hub came back on line after about an hour, then all the people were gone and I had to readd everyone
