I would like to firstly apologize in advance if my questions seem a little far fetched or strange
I have been reading up on about Samsung SmartThings system and it’s capabilities and was wondering if this was been used to hold me ransom in my home by neighbors in having a dispute with. I have done some investigating on my home network and come across a few things that concern me as they were never there before and certainly not put there by me (I live alone) I would really appreciate some feedback from the community before I escalate this to out local authorities.
Some history on my current situation:
I have had ongoing issues with two of my neighbor for as long as I have been living in the complex we are in, this has now escalated to a legal level which is back and forth and quite honestly become a dirty cat fight. There motive is to get me out of the complex (for whatever reason that may be) The latest attack is them telling all surrounding neighbour’s, the body corporate and our authorities that I am a drug user and have lost my mind. (which I know and they know is not true) Every time I escalate my situation to any of the above parties I get looked down on and dismissed as they have already been briefed on my apparent habit, this of course has left me isolated and with my back against the walls. There are five of them and I am one my own…they definitely have the upper hand when it comes to power in numbers.
Over the last few months I have been hearing constant back round whispering, in most rooms in my apartment (very distant and just not loud enough to record) and I have no clue where it’s coming from. I have checked every nook and cranny in my apartment but to no avail. I have two cats who are frightened to death and constantly on alert which is completely out of character as they would never leave the house before. I have reported this to our managing agents as well as to the body corporate of our complex whom have come out to investigate but obviously there is dead silence when they arrive which again motivates the word of these neighbour’s when it comes to my apartment drug use and the fact that I am loosing my mind as a result.
The whispering I hear is often a repeat of my actions and there is often comment about my activities and what I am wearing, they say the most horrific things to antagonize me in hope that I react and run to the authorities again, which will obviously not find a thing apon arrival, which again smears my name and leave question to my mental state.
So I know there are cameras and recording devices in my apartment, more than one. (just FYI we are four joined units which share the same back walls and the same roof, I will attach an aeriel photo for reference)
The lastest attack mode is them switching my smart TV on and off and increasing the volume at early hours of the morning to make me look the the village clown with a ‘drug problem’ they also have control to certain lights and find much joy in playing around with this when I’m cooking or busy with my computer at night. I have also come across Samsung apps on my android device, which is the same platform my uploaded screen shots were taken from as well as a TV controller app which matches my lounge smart TV. They also have control over my surround sound system (Denon, with Bluetooth, wifi and lan capabilities) as well as both of my Bluetooth headphones - Galaxy Buds 2 and JBL 720 Headphones.
I have taken both my phones in for manufactures assessment and both have come back with reports of been compromised, the Gallaxy fold 3 has apparently been rooted.
I have played around with a few Google smart devices (2 x Google Nest Hubs, 2 x Google Nest Mini Speakers, 1 x Google Chromecast and my smart TV’s) and know of some of the capabilities around these systems but now that I have done some reading and investigating around Samsung Smart Things platform I am actually gobsmacked by what I’ve come across in terms of capability, hence the reason I am posting on this platform for advise.
1.) How would one add Samsung or Samsung compatible smart devices to the Smart Hub (ie my smart TV’s, headphones, lights and aircon unit) is it seamless or would one have to initiate the ‘pairing’ of the device to the hub from inside my apartment?. In other words can they add devices from there appartment without accessing mine?
2.) Are the able to connect to my surround sound speakers or my smart TV speakers and could this possibly be the source of the whispering I a(and my cats 
) have been hearing?
3.) How small are the smart cameras that are compatible with the Samsung Smart system (Samsung or any other compatible brand) cause I have quite honestly turned my apartment upside down and have not found a thing. The only part of the apartment which I haven’t looked us between my ceiling and the asbestos roof sheets which I or any other human would be unable to access due to the narrow cavity. I have also noticed some recent waterproofing work, specifically over the the roof nails (75mm) and along the sidewall flashings. It also looks to me like some of the roof nails have been removed and then reinstated, I have uploaded photo for reference. Could these cameras be installed from the roof, and if so would would they require a power source or can the be charged wirelessly like one can do on the later smartphones? Would these cameras be wireless or do they require some form of reticulation?
4.) Could they be accessing my smart TV’s for Webcam functionality? Both my smart TV’s are HiSense and there is no visible Webcam or cameras build into them (well non that I can see)
5.) I know that my Samsung account has been compromised - been accessed) by another party on a number of occasions, could they be accessing any of my smart devices, TV’s, headphones or surround sound system from my account even though they are not connected to the Samsung Smart platform?
6.) Could they be controlling any / all of these (or possibly theres) smart devices from my Samsung account or would they have to add then to their own Samsung Smart system?
7.) I’m theory it would make more sense for the perpetrator to control these smart devices from my Samsung account as this would in theaory leave no trace, is this the case or can one track this by IP or Mac address?
8.) I understand that Samsung smartphones come to market with pre- installed Samsung Apps, does this include any or all of the following apps; Samsung Smart Devices Application, Samsung Auto, Samsung Bixby, Samsung Smart Switch, Galaxy Wearable, Samsung Flow, Samsung Smart View, Samsung Family Hub, Samsung Push Service, Seperated Apps and Samsung One UI Home? The reason I ask is because I have not installed any of the above and when I check data usage most of these apps are on my top list of data usage apps? I am also unable in stop, force stop or uninstall any of the above apps.
9.) is it all all possible or has anyone heard or seen the Samsung Smart Devices platform been used for NLP purposes (Neuro Linguistic Programming), is it even a possible?
10.) I have a smart audio unit in my motor vehicle, which has a built in Sim card slot which I was using for connectivity as well as Bluetooth connectivity which I was using for seamless connectivity to my Samsung smart phone (Fold 3) How much functionality does one have via the Samsung Smart device platform when it comes to accessing the unit in my vehicle, I am aware of the Samsung Auto application, but I would like to know what functionality does one have, can the mic and camera be accessed, are the able to track my location remotely and can the person accessing the smart radio actually communicate through any of my speakers? (I’m actually embarrassed asking this 
)
