and went to share a photo I could see my neighbors

Should I be concerned has my internet accessed or
does my neighbor need better security

Maybe yes. Imagine if Fire TVs had cameras to Skype or Facetime, then you’d see your neighbor seeing there not knowing you’re watching. Privacy seems to be eroding away more & more all the time.
As a side note, the new season of Goliath just came out on Amazon Prime on Fire TV.
You’re probably just seeing it’s Bluetooth broadcast. Nothing to worry about.
