Smartthings Hub v2 shuts down itself

I just got my Smartthings Hub v2 yesterday. I set it up and everything was OK. But when I was at work yesterday, I got a notification that my Hub was offline. I VPN in to my router and found that there was no issues with my internet and my other devices were working fine. When I went home to check on the Hub, it was powered off, no lights on the Hub. I plugged the power cord out and re-inserted it and it start to come back online. Then about 2 hours later, it happened again, had to switch off and on the mains. Has anyone encountered this before? I am worried if this is a hardware issue.
