V2 Hub offline after multiple hard resets

Hi all,

I have the v2 SmartThings hub. I recently had a power outage for several hours and my hub has been offline ever since. I’ve tried several hard reboots by disconnecting everything and taking out batteries with no luck. My hub is connected directly to my router and my internet is working fine. Do you have suggestions for next steps?

what is the led color on the front of the ST hub? have you tried using a different ethernet cable and plugging into a different port on the router if one is available?

Thanks for your reply jkp.

On your suggestion, I plugged the hub into a different router in my mesh network and it worked. I then plugged it back into the original router and it works there now as well. Problem fixed!
