also… some of the v2 hubs has the code imprinted on the inside of the battery slot cover
Hey.
I also just purchased used SmartThings hub STH-ETH200 with serial number 3000229654.
But there is no box and therefore no welcome code. After resetting it, I can no longer configure it because it asks for the welcome code inside the box, which I didn’t get. Is it possible to retrieve it for me?

The App seems to have lost my ETH-200 Hub and therefore none of my gadgets work. I presume this is a result of updates etc, but I have lost the Welcome Code needed to reinstall it. SNis 4000328109.

I’m curious about your issue, do you mean that your devices disappeared from the app all of a sudden?
If so, can you still see them in the Advanced Users App?
I looked for that serial number and got no results, please verify it’s correct.
I am not sure what I am looking at in thr web app. I accept that a lot of my devices need new batteries after a period of neglect, but at least one smart plug is live but unrecognised. I trying to install it via the QR code I am told I have no hub, but the hub is on, connected and has a green light. I attach s photo of its lable Iy looks like 400328109 to me. Alan
The bar code reveals that it is actually 4000326109.
