Smartthings Hub Driver for TZ69E Outlet--need help with DTH

Hi,

I am very new to Smartthings environment so I had a lot of digging for past few weeks. The main stumbling block is that Smartthings Hub does not recognised TKB’s TZ69E as a Smart Energy Outlet thus is being treated as Switch.

I have developed a Smartapp using one of the power monitoring example in the internet and download it into the Hub. I would need to get TZ69E recognised as a smart energy outlet.

I would appreciated few pointers to get me going.

Can u share the device zwave raw description from IDE? I would like to take a look.

How to get device raw description from IDE when device is not able to connect to the Z-Wave network?

I am able to pair it. I got AEOTech Z-stick gen5 to get raw data when pairing. The identity is as followed.

Manufacturer id = 118
Product: type =0004, id 0002

For the TZ69, can you try with genetic zwave switch?

Hi - just picking up this conversation that seems to have stalled: I have tried the generic zwave switch handler and it doesn’t show the power consumption (seems to switch on and off, most of the time - seemed to miss one command but that might have been unconnected to the handler).
