Recently got the v2 hub and I’m having issues with the connect app, the hub is always listed as disconnected however the classic app has it appearing as online and all items work correctly. I’ve tried rebooting and doing a clean install of the app but to no avail.
Any ideas as to where I go from here?
When rebooting… are you removing the power cord and batteries?
Note: my hub shows disconnected every now and again in the new app, I just ignore it. It corrects itself eventually.
Yep ethernet, batteries and mains have all been taken out for greater than 5 minutes (performed multiple times). The connect app has never shown that the hub has been connected. It does however allow an outlet to be used just the once and then gets stuck on the refresh symbol.
