SmartThings-compatible dry contact 2-input sensor with common wire

I’m looking for a SmartThings-compatible Z-Wave/Zigbee/Matter-over-Thread dry contact input sensor, with two inputs in a SPDT configuration: one common wire and two wires for the two momentary switch poles/positions. It is to automate a Leviton 1256-W / 1257-W momentary toggle switch (center-off). Any ideas on products that has such inputs? (DC or line-voltage AC are okay)

A year ago I found this product from LLXLJY (it is a Tuya Zigbee device) but I could never get it to work properly with SmartThings.

Zooz ZEN17 has 2 dry contact inputs that can be used in a SPDT config. The ZEN16 has 3 inputs. They both have output relays too but you don’t need to use them.

The Zooz Zen 16 and 17 would work but are too big to install in an electric box behind a switch.

The following tuya device should work but you will need a Tuya Zigbee hub to charge the settings for a momentary input. Then remove from Tuya and install in ST.

Speaking just for myself, I wouldn’t wire anything in line that wasn’t UL or ETL certified.

Shelly probably has something.

@TAustin did some edge drivers to make them local which have been very popular.

I found the Shelly Wave i4 and the Shelly Wave i4 DC. They are Z-Wave US products. Unfortunately, the Shelly Wave i4 is not UL/ETL certified, but hopefully it’s safe nevertheless. The DC version runs on 5-24VDC.

Shelly went into considerable detail about the difference between their UL listed models and the non-UL listed models when they first started offering some. One of the biggest differences is the degree of crush resistance required, which required redesigning the cases and added to the expense of the listed models.

FAQ: Does UL Certification matter?

My understanding is that the Gen3 and Gen4 Shelly devices will work with the new Matter over wifi support, so that should be pursued first.
