SmartThings Classic - migrated to new account, unable to see hub

So, I have SmartThings Classic installed.
The other day, it asked me to migrate my account (or similar words…can’t quite recall now). I did this, and logged back into the app. But now I can’t actually see any devices or anything I used to have.
When I try to add something in, it tells me I need to connect a hub!

Any tips on what I should do now?
I’ve not got the original code I had for the hub.

:frowning:

EDIT: I have also just now installed the new “SmartThings (Samsung Connect)”. I can see my devices listed in that, but if I click on any of them, it says “unable to connect”

Check to see how many home locations you may have. Just change the default to the one with the hub.

jkp, that fixed it!! Thanks!!
So, what’s the new broken “Home” all about?
I’ve renamed it to make it more obvious it’s the broken one. It wont let me Remove it either.

The account migration is causing the issue for some folks. You can try to delete the empty location yourself or have ST support remove it.

In order to delete a Home Location that has nothing in it:

  1. Login to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com
  2. Goto Locations
  3. If you have multiple Locations, select the invalid one
  4. Make sure there is no Hub associated to it
  5. Scroll to the right and click Edit
  6. If the Default Location shows “true” (will be read only)
  7. If it is “true”, go back to Locations and select your primary (Real) location and set the default location to “true”
  8. Now you can edit/delete the additional/empty Home location as it will automatically be set to “false”.

This may or may not help you get rid of it so if it does not work contact ST support and they can remove it.

Excellent, thanks so much for that information
Now successfully deleted it. Had to make the working one default first.
