Smartthings classic can't log in

I recently discovered a way to integrate my smartthings devices through NR to HA and I need to use the classic app in order to activate a custom app through “my apps”, which is a feature that sadly disappeared in the new app. You gave me the answer I was after, thanks

You can use custom apps still in the ST app… at least until groovy is shut down. Whether it works is a different story.

  • Enable developer mode
  • Open the Automations tab, click the + sign in the upper right of the screen, choose Add Routine, click the Discover tab at the top of the page and scroll down to find your custom smartapp.

Hi!

I don’t see the + sign in the Automatons tab, but I do see an “Add Routine” button.

When I click that, there is a “Discover” tab, but I don’t see my custom apps there.

Am I looking on the right place? If so, how do I add custom apps there?

I’m using an Android device.

Try enabling developer mode if you haven’t already. Instructions are in the link posted above.

Thanks! I’m trying to get this old smartapp ([RELEASE] Sure PetCare (Connect) V1.2c) to work in the new ST app. Do you know if there’s any documentation on how to convert this over?
