SmartThings App (classic) loss of control along with automations (19 June 2018)

It appears my Classic SmartThings app is unable to control devices. However it still is getting updated when manually changing the state of the switches. It also appears that automatons (WebCore) have stopped working. Support contacted. Anyone else having a problem?

Snipit from IDE log;

As a followup. WebCore is still working and still able to execute timed events. In my case it is still updating my weather tile’s data. Triggers are still firing and trying to change device states but cannot.

If memory serves correctly this same scenario played out a month or so ago.

This is definitely a duplicate of the following issue (with a resolution posted):

But really – I hope everyone is calling/emailnig this into Support@SmartThings.com

Thank You. What I reported is what I experienced. ALL devices were uncontrollable for about 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes zigbee devices came back and about 5 minutes later zwave was working again. All except 4 AEON metering switches. Reading the other thread it seems there was an platform update which caused.causing the problem. At this time, AEON metering switches are still not working. I will follow the other thread for updates.

confirmed, 2-3 of my Aeon metering plug-in switches (dongle-style), they still read power,
but they do not switch on command. I have a lightly-customized device handler on these.

first recent failure-to-command that I noticed, was at 1am EDT, and it persisted at least through 9am .

SmartThings has posted an Answer:

at least my one device started responding to commands as of 5pm

All of my devices are working normally again. As of a few hours ago the 4 AEON metering switches have been responding as they should.
