smartThings App cannot add "My Test Device"

I am performing a self-test of smartThings compatible zigbee devices, but I cannot add “My Test Device” to the smartThings App, and it keeps reminding me that I need to update the App.
smartThings Hub model is IM6001-V3P01

Creating this project for a Hub-Connected device allows you to make a formal Publish Request. However, if you created a custom DTH (in your IDE) and want to test it, you only need to self-publish it there. In the SmartThings app, follow these steps: Go to Menu > add > device Set your physical device in pairing mode Tap on “Scan nearby”. If the fingerprint included in your DTH is correct, the device will be paired to it.
