SmartThings and Sensi Smart Thermostat (ST55)

Anyone have any success integrating SmartThings and the Sensi Thermostat (ST55 or other)?

The ST55 is running with the Sensi App but I’d like to have it controlled via the ST Hub.

TIA,

Sensi is a cloud->cloud integration. Try linking your Sensi account in the ST app. If the device doesn’t get added once you’ve linked accounts, contact Sensor support as the device vendor is responsible for the integration.

Thanks for your message. I setup the Sensi App(requires login and password) on my phone and it is working. Every time I tryd linking my Sensi account in the ST app it comes back with an error message unable to link. Not sure if issues is on Sensir side or Smartthings side…

What is the error? iOS or Android?

I’m adding a device to the ST App on my iPhone:
To directly control your Sensi thermostat from the SmartThings app:

  1. Open the SmartThings app.
  2. Tap on the + sign.
  3. Tap Add device.
  4. Scroll down in All Brands until you find Sensi. Tap on Sensi.
  5. Tap Thermostat.
  6. You’ll need to select a location in your home and a room to put them. You can edit this later. Tap Next.
  7. Enter your Sensi email and password and tap Sign In. (Be sure to not have extra spaces before or after your email or password.)

After this step I am getting the following error:

  1. After you see confirmation that SmartThings has been linked with your Sensi thermostat, tap the “X.”
  2. A list of your connected thermostats will appear. Tap Done.

after pressing retry:

I’ve had my Sensi account linked to SmartThings for years. Still working as of today.

Update: good news, last night the accounts linked. Everything seems to be working nicely. Thanks for the replies.
