I connected my IPhone to CarPlay in my car, I added two smartthings devices to widget, one to open garage gate and the other is to unlock main door lock, and I can see them in my car screen widget, but when I clicked the devices they didn’t execute while the are working from SmartThings app, why is that?
Not that I tried Shelly app devices and the are working fine

Sorry but we’re not involved with the team that handles the SmartThings app in devices such as
CarPlay, Smart Watch, TVs, Refrigerators, etc.
Therefore, we don’t know how to collect the corresponding info or where to report it. So, I suggest you contact Customer Support to ask for directions in that regard.
