Smartlighting app reliability

I have setup a simple rule in smartlighting to turn on A GE z wave switch at 6pm and turn off at 1am in the night…it works on some days and doesn’t turn on the switch at all on other days. Is this normal for the app to unreliable? Are there any additional steps I need to take for this setup to rectify the problem?

It’s not expected for a SmartApp to be unreliable like that. Please email support@smartthings.com and they’ll help you figure it out.

If you havent rebooted your hub since update last Monday, I would suggest that. I found lots of little issues until I did so.

Thanks. I did reboot last sunday…will do it again and see if that rectifies the issue.
