“Network or server error occurred. Try again later.” This is the error I receive when trying to run the Lock User Management Automation from my SmartThings app for Android.
Initial setup worked fine. Codes and automation works wonderfully. However, this is the first time I have tried to add another users since my initial setup. Now I am miles away from the hub.
Do I need to be on the same network to program new or manage existing users? This defeats the purpose of remote management. I know some are experiencing the same. Is there a published resolution?
Please advise. Time is of the essence. If user management cannot be accomplished remotely I need to purchase an airline ticket, since I missed Santa’s sleigh.
