Hi, I have around 50 Smart Tags in my account, all labeled from 1 to 50. Since some days the locations of the smart tags are completely mixed up. It shows me that location of nr. 50 is where the smart tag 40 is. Everything is mixed. So I don’t know anymore which smart tag is where. Did anyone ever experienced this before?
Good example is for example the SmartTag I uploaded a picture from. Smart thing thinks it’s a kind of buds, because if right and left.
50! Wow. Maybe the huge amount of constant geolocating is the reason. Updating all locations continuously takes too long for your otherwise already working hub to be shown correctly on your app?
Sorry, I am definitely no expert. It seems it did work for you in the past. But my about 10 devices within ST Find do already take a while showing or switching to the actual location if checked. Although they never get mixed up yet.
Only thing I can confirm is that my hubs do show lagging with all devices (not only tags)and routines since a few days.
I found something interesting. When I click on the history button, it shows me the correct history of that SmartTag, also with the correct location. Just the current or latest location on the first layer is completely wrong
No hub involved here.
