Smart Home Monitor is BLANK, can't disable my alarm now

I updated the Smartthings app (iOS) yesterday and this morning I’m trying to disarm my alarm so I can leave. However the Smart home monitor “Home” tab is completely blank and will not render anything so I cannot disarm my alarm and CANNOT LEAVE MY HOUSE without setting off the alarm now.

This really is unacceptable.

Mine did the same thing. Went to configure and just selected Done and when it returned to the SHM Home screen it loaded.
