SHM issues resurfacing?

Yesterday, we’ve been unable to arm-stay, because SHM kept reporting that my front door was open, when in fact it was closed. Today, it’s stuck on loading. I checked http://status.smartthings.com/ but there doesn’t seem to be any incidents reported.

Anybody else seeing SHM issues? Is there some step that I might have missed doing after the most recent V2 update? Please advise.

OK thanks for clarifying that, but it looks like it’s working now. In the meantime, I’d rebooted my hub earlier, so not sure if that’s temporarily fixed it, or if the actual underlying issue has been fully mitigated, I’ll continue to monitor, and will report any regression. Thanks!
