Just looking to see if anyone has had any instances of their SHM not changing between profiles.
At 7.30 this morning my “morning” routine triggered as normal. Alarm set to disarm and mode home etc. However as soon as I opened the front door I was notified of an intrusion. I check my SHM and see it was still in the “(Arm) Stay” state. I cannot get this to change to either of the other two states.
Is this a new issue server side with SM or is this isolated specifically to me?
