Sercomm SZ-DWS04

Hello everyone,

I am a few days new with the ST.

I added the Sercomm SZ-DWS04 as a Smartsense Open/Close sensor in the IDE.

It worked for a day and stopped working. I tried deleting and repairing the sensor and it only shows as “OPEN”.

I tried pairing 2 different Sercomm SZ-DWS04 and they all are stuck on “OPEN”. What bugs me is that it worked on day 1.

Any suggestion?

I was using the Securifi Almond 2015 for the past year and just bought the Smartthings Hub.
For the SZ-DWS04 sensor, I got it working by editing the settings for Tyco Door/Windor sensor and added this fingerprint:

fingerprint inClusters: “0000,0001,0003,0020,0402,0500,0B05”, outClusters: “0019”, manufacturer: “Sercomm Corp.”, model: “SZ-DWS04N_SF”, deviceJoinName: “Sercomm SZ-DWS04”

Initially tried doing the same for the Smartsense Open/Close Sensor but it just remained stuck on OPEN.
