Sending !F*p to Lightwaverf Hub

I’m a long time Lightwaverf user but a brand new Smartthings user but I’m currently failing at the first hurdle. In order to get the ST hub to talk to the LW hub I’ve read that I need to send the !F*p command. I’ve had a couple of attempts using SendEvent / SendCommand but neither works. If anyone has a bit of sample code or a work round I’d be most grateful.

I believe you’ll have to use a “man in the middle” server. Most people use a raspberry pi. See the following thread for discussion of current community – built integrations for lightwave RF. Unless this is something new with LR generation two, I don’t know if anyone’s looked into that yet.

[OBSOLETE] Lightwave RF Integration (UK)

I was getting a bit annoyed that I had a load of lightwaveRF kit lying around and had nothing to do with it since buying smartthings (which has an awesome app). The app for lightwave RF was rubbish, but there are no comparable z-wave sockets or switches. So had a quick look at the lightwave online interface over a couple of beers and realised I could write an intergration for smartthings (after following the nest instructions over the weekend). The video cuts off at the end as realised I put some sensitive info in there and was too tired to fix it.
