Just got my first offline 2 hrs after hub was updated to new firmware. So it looks like it’s not fixed.

FYI —> Version .14 did not fix my FE559 Schlage Lock. Still goes online/offline all day. Can’t lock or unlock remotely. If I use the physical lock / unlock buttons on the lock I get instant notice from app as to current status. But still unable to access lock remotely.

I also received the update and the online/offline continues

Same here. Hot fix 000.054.00014 provided no improvements. Connection was solid for a decade. Dozen’s of these locks, thousands of offline/online messages. Replacing with Schalge WiFi is not an option as it would be tens of thousands of dollars in locks and labor.
