I have a V2 HUB using 000.061.00006. My two Schlage connect locks BE-469 went offline around June 20th and both have not been able to reconnect to the hub. I have changed to new batteries, power cycled both the locks and the hub, but they are still not able to connect.
I will try exclusion and re-adding them to see if it helps.

What were the results of re-onboarding them?
I haven’t had a chance to do that yet. I need to find my master programming code first…
I did notice that one of the locks came back online briefly, long enough for me to modify a lock code. But then it went offline almost immediately after so I’m not sure what’s going on.
You can find the default programming code for your Schlage lock on the yellow or white sticker located in the user manual, on the lock’s packaging, or on the back of the keypad assembly itself
I tried excluding the locks but the process failed for both locks. However, I ran a Z-Wave repair and it identified a problem with a switch that I rarely use so I didn’t even notice.
I don’t know for sure what happened but as soon as I removed the faulty switch, my two locks came back online. My theory is that the faulty switch was interfering with the rest of the network somehow.
