Samsung the Premier can't show device status

Hi there,

its almost a week that my samsung projector won’t show any status (like on, off, television channel running) so my routines didn’t work at all.

Ive already tried removing but nothing has changed.

Any help?

I have the same problem with all wifi devices. Please let me know if you found a solution. I opened a support ticket but no answer yet.

My projector is on LAN but thanks to your reply ive noticed that my vacuum cleaner too didn’t update the status (always charging) but when I open it everything is ok like the projector, when I open it it turn on and show virtual remote by itself.

Air Purifier are working fine instead

Samsung support here always reply with a copy and paste message with no help whatever you ask

No news, i see that almost all my wifi/lan samsung devices (air purifier/vaccum cleaner/air conditioner) now have problems updating status on the favorites and rooms pages.

Any news? I have the exact situation from days its frustrating …

I have had this today with all my Sonos speakers failing to update status or be controlled through ST.

Other LAN devices seem fine…

No news. It seems like no one is listening to us on this forum. We’re just venting our frustrations for nothing.

Very bad Samsung…. 20 days with no reply or nothing…

What can we do to try to figure out whats happening?

Im on iphone with last smartthings app installed and live in Italy, my hub is aeotec.

as already told who opened a ticket didn’t receive any response, I’m also trying to use your links but the page didn’t work, once selected SmartThings from the menu the 4 dots start moving with no answer, ive used the “chat with us” function but this is the reply
