I purchased 2 Samsung SHN-P6410BN security cameras because the box said Works with Smartthings. I called Samsung and found out they no longer offer this camera in the marketplace. I was advised to try adding it in the IDE website myself. On IDE, I do see a Samsung Smartcam device and I’ve added it and it does show up in my Smarthings phone app and it looks functional, but it will not connect to the actual camera. There is obviously an additional step I’m missing to get this virtual device to function as a real device. Any suggestions? Thanks.
